For this card, I stamped out the images with Hero Arts Intense Black Ink and colored them in with Copic markers YR21, YR82, E51, E53, E55, E57, E93, E95, E97, E99, E81, E84, E87, E89, E11, E13, RV91, RV93, RV95, RV99, BV29 and YR82.
Next, I stamped out some of the background images from the Anita Jeram On Broadway set on a card base front and colored them in. Then, I created a sentiment with an Essential Circles Die from Ellen Hutson. After that, I cut the images out popped everything up on some foam tape.
To finish it all off, I added some gems from my stash with Precision Glue to the front.
