Please watch the video below to see how this scene was created!
Card #2 — Christmas Gift Shop Peek a Boo Card (Add-on card)
Supplies:
Steps for Creating this Card
First, I stamped the image out on Dove White Cardstock with Intens-ified Black Ink.
Then, I colored in the image with Copic markers — E, YG, BG, and R families. It took about 4 hours to finish. I paid close attention to every detail and had to use my extra pair of eyes.
Next, I stamped the image again with Black Ink to tighten all the edges. I posted a picture of the pre-die cut image below. I will be posting a video of this card on the Hero Arts YouTube channel later this month, Lord willing.
After that, I die cut the colored panel and another panel with the Peek-A-Boo Doors Die.
Then, I stamped and colored images from the CM580 Hero Greetings Christmas Gift Shop stamp set on the uncolored panel.
Next, I adhered that panel to the front of a Top-folded Dove White Card and stacked the top panel over that with Precision Glue. The first panel’s die cut doors were glued down, the top panel’s doors were not.
To finish off the card, I stamped the sentiment, Merry Christmas in the space at the top of the panel with Intens-ified Black Ink.
