Hey there Artie! Del, here, with more inspiration from Colorado Craft Company. Does anyone here ride a broom? I don’t but the thought of it scares the dickens out of me. In fact, witch lore is scarier to me than all the other stuff out there about werewolves and vampires.

Steps to Create this Card
For this card, I stamped the image of the broom onto some X-press It Card with Picket Fence Black Hybrid Ink.
Then, I colored in the acorn bodies with Copic Markers, YG99-YG93 and then darkened up areas with W8-W3. (E, Y and YR colors are on sale 10% off at Violeta-Ink for all of October! Tell them Daniel West sent you)
Next, I made a mask of the broom and a die cut circle and brushed some Eucalyptus Ink over the entire panel with a blending brush in a gradient from darker to lighter.
Then, I peeled up the masks and added some shadows to the moon’s craters with a YG93 and some E11-E15 on the little vial of potion.
After that, I stamped the sentiment in Versamark ink and melted some White Detail Embossing Powder over it with my heat tool.
Finallty, I adhered the panel to the front of a white card base with score tape. X-press It card is more sensitive to liquid adhesive, so the double sided tape works best here.
Thank you very much for spending some time with me on the blog! If you’re feeling frisky and shoppy, you will find links to the products I used throughout the post and in the grid below. Arties are the best!
Kindly,
Daniel
