Card #2 - Let It Snow
I created two of these slimline sketches for you today. The first one is in blue.
To begin, I created a slimline card base out of Nautical cardstock measuring 3.5 x 8.5”. I added some snow with the Posca Paint Marker.
Next, i stamped the snowy hill woodcut image out three times in Navy ink on Dove cardstock and trimmed them out leaving a white border on each.
Then, I die-cut and stamped the house, tree, & snowman image using Intensified Black Ink.
I popped up the hill images on foam tape and adhered the die cuts to the front of them. Then I heat embossed a sentiment from the kit on Nautical cardstock and trimmed it out in the shape of a wooden sign. Then, I adhered it to the front with Precision Glue.
Next, I colored in the scarf with a blue Copic marker.
To finish off the card, I added Posca Paint snow to everything!
