Hey there Arties!! What a great collaboration hop we have for you today with TWO of my favorite companies. Catherine Pooler Designs (CP) and Colorado Craft Company (CCC) !! I couldn’t be more thrilled. I have been designing for CCC since their very first months of production two years ago, and for CP nearly as long. Both of these companies create imaginative, whimsical and innovative products that tick all the boxes for me.

Card #1 There’s No Place Like Home

For my first card, let me introduce you to the newest Big & Bold Stamp Set from CCC, coming out early just for this hop — Ruby Slippers! You can pick it up as a bundle with the Lovely Legs~Seasons Girl Autumn-Leaves set to save some cash.

I stamped them out onto some White cardstock and colored them in with Copic Markers. Then, I colored over the red parts with an Embossing Pen. I poured the Wow Catherine Pooler Rockin’ Red embossing powder over the panel and melted it with a heat tool. To finish off the card, i stamped a sentiment from the Ruby Slippers stamp set onto some White cardstock and trimmed it down leaving a border around the black ink. I adhered it to the front of the card with some Bearly Art Glue!

Card #2 Thanks

For my second card, I stamped the image out on to White Cardstock, then lengthened the trees in the image with a Drawing Pen. I colored in the image using fall colors with a blue violet sky. For the sentiment, I die cut the Just Thanks Die three times and stacked each piece using Bearly Art Glue. Next, I adhered the “thanks” die cuts to the front of the panel. Then, I trimmed my panel down to 3.75 x 5” leaving a 1/2 inch board around the panel. I popped it up on some foam adhesive and to finish it off, I added tome Des Moines Sequin Mix to the front.
