Baby It’s Cold Outside

Creating a cozy winter card with the Simon Says Stamp Snow Buddies stamp set was a joy! For this A2-sized one-layered design, I chose three charming critters: the deer, snowy owl, and fox. To bring these friends together, I stamped the deer and fox first, then masked them before stamping the owl in between, creating a seamless arrangement without any background scene, letting the animals take center stage.

For coloring, I used the E30 and E20 Copic families to bring warm, soft tones to the deer, owl, and fox. To add some vibrant touches, I used R29, R27, R89, and G28 in select areas, highlighting the cozy details of their winter accessories. Finally, to add a snowy effect, I scattered small snowflake images around the background, giving the impression of gently falling snow.

Keeping it one-layered makes this card clean and simple while still capturing the warmth of winter friendship, perfect for spreading seasonal cheer!
