Leading up to the new monthly release from Hero Arts, I wanted to get you ramped up with ideas from past releases. Hero Arts has a collection of Stamp and Cut sets that I find super versatile and fun. This one is the Hello There set.
Supplies Used to Create this Card
Steps to Create this Card
To create this card, first I cut die cut the Hello There dies out of Nautical cardstock three times, and stacked them with Precision Glue.
Next, I stamped the Script Bold Prints in Cornflower Ink over some Periwinkle cardstock.
Next, I used a blender brush to create a vignette — darkening the edges with more Cornflower Ink.
Then, I created a sentiment strip with White Embossing Powder and Nautical cardstock using the “I love you” stamp from the Hello There Stamp and Cut stamp set.
To finish off the card, I trimmed the background down 1/8” on all sides, popped it up on foam tape, adhered the die cuts and sentiments to the front and added some sequins and Clear Enamel Dots.
I love the set up of this card and the simple yet effective composition.
