Hey there Arties!! I’m happy you have stopped by for the release day blog hop and video for the Hero Arts My Monthly Hero December 2021!
The December My Monthly Hero kit is a reminder that no matter where we live, near or far, in cities or in neighborhoods - through it all we're here for each other. The kit includes a lively cityscape cling background stamp, a beautiful new cover plate die, and a clear stamp set containing useful messages for welcoming new neighbors, or letting friends and family know you are thinking of them. The images in the clear set have coordinating dies as well. Rounding out the kit is our popular Pitch Black cardstock, ink cubes (perfect for blending a gorgeous sunset) and adorable clothespin embellishments.

Steps for Creating this Card
First, I die cut the window, pie, flowers and planter dies out of Dove White Cardstock.
Then, I colored them in with Cool Gray, Blue Green and Violet Copics.
Next, I cut out a piece of Lavender cardstock to go behine my window and adhered it there with Precision Glue.
After that, I created a small sentiment strip by stamping the sentiment in Clear Ink and melting White Embossing Powder over it, and trimming it down to size.
Then, I popped it all up on the front of a 3.75” x 5” piece of Dove White Cardstock with foam tape.
Next, I popped that panel up on a piece of Lavender Cardstock with foam tape.
To finish off the project, I added some Hero Hues Clear Enamel Dots to the front.
