Hero Arts Liquid Watercolors Indigo, Dandelion and Strawberry

Step-by-step Instructions
First, I prepped the watercolor paper with anti-static powder.
Next, I stamped the watercolor paper with Clear Embossing and Watercolor Ink and melt White Embossing Powder over it with a heat tool.
After that, I wet the entire image with clean water until it glistened, but the water didn’t run.
Then, I dropped in some Dandelion into one large circle, Indigo into another and Strawberry into the last.
Next, I blended the colors in little by little as I went around the design, creating a complete color wheel.
After that, I die cut the word Love and one of the hands from the main kit, and popped them up over the front of the design with foam tape.
Then, I trimmed down the panel a 1/4” on all sides and popped it up over a card base of Dove White cardstock.
To finish off the card, I added some Icicle Sequins Mix to the front with Precision Glue.
