Hey Artie!! Great to see you on release day for the DECEMBER MY MONTHLY HERO CARD KIT BLOG HOP+GIVEAWAY!
Mother Nature makes an appearance this kit as well as some beautiful graphics that make for endless design possibilities. I have created 5 designs to inspire your creativity. I hope you enjoy them. The main image in the stamp set screams COLOR ME… so I did — three different ways. The cards I created use images from the main kit. No add-ons. Though the background embossed panels I created with other HeroArts products.

Card #1 Pachamama
The first card I colored the main image in with colors inspired by the Pachamama figure of Incan lore. She roughly equates with Mother Nature in other parts of the world. Here she sports green hair and red-orange flowers with a green dress that flows into a blue-green river. The kit includes a large die to cut out the Pachamama image. I popped her up on the front of an embossed panel I created with the Bold Graphic Confetti Die.
Card #2 Garden Statue
For the second card, I went for a lawn ornament/garden statue look with the main image in cool grays holding a red shiny sphere. This clean and simple design includes a larger sentiment from the main kit.
Card #3 Reactive Ink Coloring
Next up, I ink blended a panel of white cardstock with Hero Hues Reactive Inks in Blue Raspberry and Pool Party. Then, I stamped the main image and heat embossed it in white. I used water to lighten some of the areas of image, especially the flowers, deer, skin and bird. Then, I used some Sea Salt to add highlights to the whitest parts of the image. I added a sentiment from the kit and finished it all off by spraying drops of water over the panel.
Card #4 Wreath Window
For this card, I created a wreath with the flowers and branches in the stamp set. I started by drawing a dashed circle around an acrylic block with a black marker. Then, in between the dashes, I stamped the different wreath elements to finish off the wreath, then stamped the hands and sentiment in the center. After coloring in the image, I ran it through my Brother Scan-n-cut machine (you you can fussy cut it if you like). Then, I popped it up on the front of my wood-grain embossed panel, and called it done.
Card #5 Circle of Life Card
My last card shows off all the other images in the kit, masked off in circles. I colored them all in with Copic markers and die cut them with the circle die in the kit. Some, I adhered to the front of the card base and others I popped up with dimensional adhesive. I added scored lines to the right of the circles to finish off the card!
