Steps for Creating Card
Yesterday’s post shows how I created the panel.
For this card, I trimmed down my painted cover plate die cut a 1/4” on all sides.
Then, I die cut a circle out of a piece of Dove White cardstock with the Nesting Circle Infinity die and adhered the die cut underneath it with Precision Glue.
After that, I added a piece of Pitch Black Cardstock under that and cover it all with Sparkle Clear Lacquer Pen.
Next, I created a sentiment strip with a stamp from the Message Strips Stamp & Cut XL. I stamped it onto some Pitch Black cardstock with Clear Ink and melted some White Embossing Powder over it with a heat tool.
Then, I adhered it to the front of the panel with glue and popped the panel up over a card base with Foam Tape to finish it all off.
I thought this was a super fun way to changing up the use of the cover plate die cuts from yesterday.
There’s a list of supplies below this post for you convenience. I hop you have a wonderful last day of January.
