Add a vignette of Navy Ink around the panel with a blending brush.
Dot in some stars with a white gel pen.
Poke holes in the front of the panel with a paper piercing tool.
Die cut the sentiment strips using black cardstock and the dies from the Message Strips Stamp & Cut XL .
Prep one of the strips with antistatic powder from the Cottontail tool and stamp the sentiment with Embossing & Watermark Clear Ink.
Then, melt Silver Embossing Powder over it with a heat tool and set it aside.
Stamp and heat emboss the word TOUCH from the MFT Interactive Label Stamps on the front of the panel.
Next, flip the panel over and adhere the EZ Light element to the back of it with Scor Tape.
Then, add a frame of double thick foam tape to the back and adhere it to the front of a card base.
To finish off the card, pop the sentiment strip up on the front of the card with a bit of foam tape.
