Simon Hurley Christmas 2021 Collection

Hey my friends! Daniel, here, dropping by with a card I designed on Del & Artie Live, Sunday Night. I remade it into this design after a few modifications. Check out the details below!

I Love You Deerly

Steps to Create this Card

  1. For this card, I stamped the images of the sleigh and deer from the Oh Deer! Stamp Set with Picket Fence Black Hybrid Ink.

  2. Then, I colored them in with Copic Markers, E11-E18, R39, R27 and BG23 (E, Y and YR colors are on sale 10% off at Violeta-Ink for all of October! Tell them Daniel West sent you)

  3. Next, I stamped the Stitched Snowflake Background Stamp onto the front of an A2-sized card with Remember Me Ink.

  4. Then, since I had removed some of the snowflakes and in their place, I stamped a larger one with Versamark Ink and melted Silver Sparkle Embossing Powder over it.

  5. After that, I stamped the tree images from the Oh Deer Stamp Set onto the panel with Remember Me Ink

  6. Next, I added more of the same ink all over the panel with a blending brush and sprayed water droplets over the front.

  7. Then, I fussy cut the deer and sleigh with my Tim Holtz Lefty Snips.

  8. Next, I popped the images up over the front of the panel with foam tape.

  9. After that, I created a sentiment strip with Pitch Black Cardstock and White Detail Embossing Powder and popped it up on the front, too.

  10. Then, I added white paint dots all over with a Posca Marker.

  11. To finish off the card, I added some Iridescent Moonshine Sequins to the front with Precision Glue.
