Hero Arts June 2021 My Monthly Hero Countdown to Creativity
Hey there Artie! It’s Del! Today we’re joining Hero Arts’ Countdown to Creativity, showing off some peeks at the June 2021 My Monthly Hero Card Kit. This one celebrates birthdays with furry friends and balloons. I hope you have enjoyed the countdown so far and you are ready to shop when this kit and add-ons go live on June 7 at 1PM Eastern. If you love this kit, be sure to grab it quickly. If it sells out, it will be gone forever.
Supplies:
Step-by-step Instructions
Die cut and stamp out the pup, and balloons images from the main kit.
Color them in with Copic Markers in Red, Earth and Warm Gray Colors
Die cut an extra set of balloons and use it as a stencil for the clouds. Take a blending brush and brush some Cornflower Ink over some Arctic Cardstock with the balloons die cut to create your clouds.
Stamp the balloons image several times around the edges of the Sand Side-folded Card with Embossing and Watermark Clear Ink and melt some Clear Embossing Powder over it.
Repeat this step with the paw print stamp and fill in the paws with White Gel Pen. Add some dots for interest.
Trim down the Arctic Cardstock two 2.25” x 3.5” and pop it up on the front of the card base.
Finish off the card by adhering the pup and balloons to the front with Precision Glue.
I hope you enjoyed this little peek at June’s My Monthly Hero Card Kit! There is so much more to see, so keep your eyes peeled for more this weekend. Below you will find a grid of supplies I used.
