Steps for Creating this Card
First, I stamped the main image from Dad’s Cooking stamp set onto some X-Press it Card with Hero Arts Intensified Card.
Then, I colored it in with Copic Markers. I buy my markers and refills from Violeta-Ink. They have the BEST prices anywhere.
Next, I stamped and die cut the pancake image, colored it in and popped it up on foam tape.
Then, I stamped the sentiment with the same ink.
Next, I trimmed the panel down a 1/4” on all sides and popped it up on foam tape over an A2 sized card base.

I die cut the same shape three times and stacked them up for dimension.
Next, I stamped the sentiment all over the panel with Embossing and Watermark Clear Ink from Hero Arts and embossed it with White Detail Embossing Powder.
Then, I pressed a Catherine Pooler Aquatini Ink Pad over it all and wiped it down. The white embossing powder resisted the ink. I love CP Inks for this because they do not stain the embossing on the card.
Next, I trimmed the panel down a 1/4” on all sides and popped it up on foam tape over an A2 sized card base.
To finish it off, I added my favorite embellishments — Boiled Sugar Jelly Drop Hearts from Trinity Stamps.

Steps for Creating this Card
First, I stamped the main image from Proud of You stamp set onto some X-Press it Card with Hero Arts Intensified Card and die cut it.
Then, I colored it in with Copic Markers. I buy my markers and refills from Violeta-Ink.
Next, I blended some Fresh Lawn Ink from Hero Arts onto the bottom of an A2 sized card base.
After that, I ran the die cut image through my Xyron Creative Station Lite to add adhesive to the back and placed it over the front of my card base. The Xyron Creative Station Lite adds even adhesive to the back of an image. I like to use it on thinner card like X-Press It. Liquid glue can sometimes show through the paper.
Next, I die cut and stamped the HOORAY sentiment and popped it up on foam tape.
To finish it off, I added my favorite embellishments — Boiled Sugar Jelly Drop Hearts from Trinity Stamps.
